How long does shipping take?
Ready-made pieces ship within 3 to 5 days. Sweaters are made to order and take about two weeks.
How much is shipping?
A flat $6, and free on orders over $75.
Can I return something?
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days. Made-to-order pieces with your initials cannot be returned.
Can you make a color you do not list?
Often, yes. Write to us with what you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs.
Is this a real shop?
No. Hearth & Loop is made up, to show what a shop on a PageTend site looks like. Everything on it works, but nothing you order is real.
